Human Resources

The HR section is responsible for recruitment processes and promotion cases. We provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on personnel-related issues, work with salary negotiations, international HR, and reporting. Additionally, we have tasks related to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and external environment.

The HR section provides advice and guidance to managers and employees on personnel-related issues. We work to ensure good quality and compliance with regulations in personnel management. The section is responsible for developing and managing guidelines, routines, and support functions in the following areas:

  • Recruitment processes – from announcement to hiring
  • Case processing – preparation of cases for the faculty board and appointment boards
  • Promotion to professor – process and coordination
  • HR leadership support – advice and follow-up for managers on personnel issues
  • HSE and external environment – support for systematic health, safety, and environmental work, and contact persons for the external environment
  • Personnel systems – management of systems and tools related to HR and payroll
  • Reporting – statistics and analyses in the HR area
  • Salary negotiations – support and coordination in local salary negotiations and processes
  • International HR – guidance and support
