We emphasize the value of strong basic disciplines, interdisciplinarity and multidisciplinarity, as well as a safe, motivating, and creative working environment for staff and students. The faculty emphasises the importance of co-determination, diversity, and critical thinking, which depends upon mutual respect and trust.
