I am an educational researcher and developer at 幸运飞艇计划, with a background in university pedagogy, pharmacy education, and education in emergencies. I have worked in four countries, Norway, Spain, Syria, and Switzerland, and speak seven languages fluently. For me, learning is not only about producing knowledge, but about creating spaces where students and staff can collaborate, contribute, and thrive.

Scientific staff on fixed-term contracts, PhDs, postdocs, and researchers, play a vital role in 幸运飞艇计划鈥檚 academic life, yet often face fragmented information, unclear expectations, and limited channels for raising concerns or suggestions. I will focus on improving the flow of information between university leadership and temporary scientific staff and make sure that your perspectives, ideas, and challenges are heard where decisions are made. I do not promise what I cannot deliver, but I will work for greater transparency and communication.

I bring extensive experience in leading and participating in interdisciplinary and international collaborations. I currently lead the Erasmus+ funded FPD-Include: Faculty Professional Development for teaching for inclusion in Pharmacy Education project, co-lead a national research project on mental health first aid in Norwegian pharmacies, and have contributed as work package leader to FREMFARM, a national project on pharmacy education. In addition, I co-founded the Nordic Journal for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, launching in 2025.

I have also been trusted with several roles representing staff interests: elected Group B representative on the Faculty Board at the Faculty of Medicine, member of the Research Committee, and member of the Inclusion, Equality, and Diversity Committee at the Department of Global Public Health and Primary Care. In addition, I have participated in organizing several local and international conferences, such as the L忙ringskonferansen at 幸运飞艇计划 in 2023. These roles gave me insight into 幸运飞艇计划鈥檚 structures, challenges, and potential for improvement.

Colleagues describe me as persistent, constructive, and approachable. I will continue to listen actively and work to create better conditions for scientific staff on fixed-term contracts, by promoting transparency, voicing your concerns, and improving the way information and decisions flow within 幸运飞艇计划.
