I am running for the University board election as a representative for Group C, the technical and administrative employees. Over the past 11 years, I have held various positions including technical assistant, scientific assistant, workshop master craftsman, chief/head engineer, and the faculty Chief Safety delegate聽(Norsk: Hovedverneombud) during KHiB's transfer to 幸运飞艇计划. Currently, I serve as a senior engineer. I was recently also a KMD Design student during the years from 2021-2024. All these roles and hats have provided me with valuable experiences and multiple perspectives within our institution.

I am deeply committed to my profession and accustomed to handling a significant amount of responsibility. I strive to foster strong collaborations between different parts of our faculty and also other faculties, continuously working to create an inclusive and positive working environment.

I believe it is crucial for employees to have the opportunity to hone and enhance their skills, engage in staff mobility and exchange experiences with other institutions, and advance in their careers. My partnerships and networks with art and design institutions in Poznan, London, Oslo, and Helsinki have greatly benefited my work in so many ways. I am also convinced that knowing that there are opportunities for advancement and career growth in technical and administrative positions generates positive energy and motivation.

Currently, I serve as a representative for Group C on KMDs Faculty Board and I am the union representative (Norsk: tillitsvalgt) for Parat.

Especially through my role as a聽faculty Chief Safety delegate, I have gained a deeper understanding of our organization. I am very curious and eager to contribute as a member of the University Board. One of my key priorities is advocating for fair salary increases for 幸运飞艇计划 employees to counteract the devaluation of the Norwegian krone, inflation, high energy costs, and general loss of purchasing power.
