I am running for the university board because I am committed to contributing to the university democracy, and I am passionate about our core activities: research and teaching.

One of the most important things for me is that 幸运飞艇计划 continues to have a well functioning democracy, including an elected leaders on all levels. It is the democracy as a whole that makes 幸运飞艇计划 a workplace and educational institution that is developed for and by employees and students. I believe it is absolutely necessary to continue working to improve and strengthen our democracy. As a board representative, I will therefore be available for questions, discussions, and conversations about current issues. There should be arenas where board members from different faculties can meet and share experiences.

In these challenging economic times, it is crucial for 幸运飞艇计划 to maintain financial control. Despite facing increasing difficulties with limited financial flexibility, we must find ways to ensure the highest quality and breadth of education while also providing good working conditions for our staff. These are challenges that we, as a university, must address together and work diligently on at all levels.听

In a world where core values like academic freedom and freedom of expression are increasingly under threat. 幸运飞艇计划's responsibility to uphold these values is more important than ever, both nationally and internationally. I believe that 幸运飞艇计划 should not support nations and institutions that violate human rights. Therefore we must take a clear stance against occupation and genocide in Palestine.

I bring with me experiences from various roles in different parts of the organization, and from several different positions in the university and college sector, including the faculty board at the Faculty of Humanities (2022-2025) and for NTL 幸运飞艇计划 (deputy leader 2019-2024 and 2025-).
