Liv Grimstvedt Kvalvik is a medical doctor from the University of Bergen. She completed her PhD 鈥淪moking among pregnant women in Norway. Prevalence, self-report validity, and associations to SGA and 鈥渆arly programming鈥� using family and sibling design鈥� in 2018. Kvalvik鈥檚 research is within the field perinatal epidemiology and she has been using registry data from The Medical Birth Registry of Norway and The Norwegian Mother, Father and Child Cohort Study. Her interest lies in understanding how different complications during pregnancy relate and how these can affect mothers鈥� future health. She is further interested in how exposures during pregnancy can affect the child鈥檚 health.聽
