Bioinformatic approaches towards mammalian transcription and epigenetic regulation

Recent advances in high throughput technology has seen an unprecedented growth in generation of genome-wide (epigenetic and transcriptomic) data to understand development and disease phenotype. As large data generation has become easier and cost effective, the bottleneck has now shifted to the analysis and biological interpretation of these data. I will present some computational approaches and collaborative efforts in my team to make sense of individual researcher’s data in light of large public resources.
