Investigating sera and spinal fluid of patients with Paraneoplastic Neurological Syndromes (PNS)聽for autoantibodies.

Projects

1. Immuneassays: Using聽Recombinant Line Assay (RAVO diagnostic) and immunohistochemistry聽to detect聽paraneoplastic antibodies聽in sera and spinal fluid of聽patients with possible聽paraneoplastic syndromes.
2. Identifying new PNS autoantibodies.

Western blot (WB), immunofluorescence (IF),聽radioactive immunoassay (RIA)聽and polymerase chain reaction (PCR).
