Main content

Aculifera are mostly tiny worm-like molluscs with the body covered by spicules that inhabit soft bottoms and corals. Norway is considered a hot spot of diversity for聽this molluscs, but still much has to be learnt about their diversity and systematics. Recent phylogenomic studies have showed聽that they are sister to the polyplacophora.
