New projects started at MediaFutures and upcoming Annual Meeting

New PhD and Postdoc started at聽work package 鈥淯nderstanding Media Experiences鈥�
PhD candidate Marianne Borchgrevink-Br忙khus will study news use and attitudes towards paywalls among young adults who do not currently pay for news. Postdoc John Magnus Ragnhildson Dahl will study teenagers鈥� media experiences and media needs, collaborating with the public broadcaster NRK to map out how NRK could respond to teenagers鈥� needs.
First annual meeting
The first will take place on 29-30 September. The annual meeting showcases research and innovation highlights of the MediaFutures Centre. The first day is an open conference, where there will be presentations, talks and a poster session. The second day is a closed day dedicated to industry.
Brita Ytre-Arne and Hallvard Moe will give a presentation on Understanding Media Experiences. Marianne Borchgrevink-Br忙khus, John Magnus Ragnhildson Dahl, Ana Milojevic and Erik Knudsen will present their work at the Poster session.
