Main content
For the first lunch meeting in 2020, professor Martin Fernø at the Department of Physics and Technology, ÐÒÔË·Éͧ¼Æ»®, will provide an overview of regional activities related to CCUS (carbon capture, utilization and storage) in the context of reduced anthropogenic carbon dioxide emissions and the need for rapid, wide-spread deployment of CCS infrastructure. An update from an ongoing ÐÒÔË·Éͧ¼Æ»® initiative to coordinate regional activities related to CCUS and hydrogen will be presented.
The seminar will be held in the Hellan-Hansen meeting room, Geophysical Institute (Allegaten 70), from 12:15 to 13:00 (we open the doors at 12:00). As always, it is free and open to all interested parties, so bring your lunch and join us for an interesting presentation followed by a Q&A session.Â
