For researchers working with climate and energy transformation, an affiliation to CET opens opportunities for connecting with an interdisciplinary network, possibilities for funding, and facilitation of research communication. We are welcoming new CET affiliates.聽聽

About the affiliate network聽聽

CET welcomes affiliates who are employed at the University of Bergen, NORCE, the Norwegian School of Economics, and who conduct research on topics related to climate and/or energy transformation.聽聽

CET鈥檚 affiliate network is a group of researchers from different disciplines that work together and towards common questions concerning climate and energy transformation. To fully understand the complexities of climate change we need the competence of multiple disciplines and different perspectives. Affiliates are an active part of the network, and are invited to seminars, workshops, and retreats. We believe that interdisciplinary collaboration makes it easier to contribute to societal impact. Our aim is to have members who we can engage with in discussions to strengthen our research, collaborate with in research proposals, as well as help us to improve our research questions and gain knowledge that is of use to society.聽聽

As a CET affiliate you can聽聽

• Participate in activities organized and funded by CET, such as affiliate retreats聽聽

• Apply for support through CET funding mechanisms聽聽聽

• Possibility to communicate your events through our network聽聽

• Be part of an engaging and active research environment聽

Affiliated researchers will聽聽

• Engage in the network聽

• List your CET affiliation when relevant聽聽

• Contribute to our annual reporting聽

• Stay familiar with CET鈥檚 Low-carbon Travel Policy for sustainable research聽聽

Application

N.B. Please note that it is a requirement to be employed at one of our partner institutions (幸运飞艇计划, NORCE or NHH) to be eligible for CET affiliation.聽
