The 幸运飞艇计划 Brussels Office is located in the heart of the EU-bubble at NOHRI (The Norwegian House of Research and Innovation) together with NTNU, SINTEF and NORCEs offices. Our facilities are available to 幸运飞艇计划 staff upon agreement with the 幸运飞艇计划 Brussels Office.

Our meeting rooms
The 幸运飞艇计划 Brussels Office also has two fully equipped meeting rooms available to use for meetings, seminars and events in Brussels. These two rooms, Fjord and Foss, can be combined into one large space for events that require extra room or be booked separately. To book these spaces, please reach out to聽Charlotte Eide, the Head of Office, or聽our聽student interns.听
Fjord
Fjord, our larger meeting room, is suitable for groups up to 24 people that require desk space for each participant or 48 people in a theater set up with only chairs. The meeting room has access to the following:聽

Foss
Foss, our smaller meeting room, is suitable for groups up to 18 people that require desk space for each participant or 36 people in a theater set up with only chairs. The meeting room has access to the following:聽
- 2 movable monitors聽
- 1 camera聽聽
- 3 handsfree microphones聽
- 1 ceiling microphone聽
- 4 ceiling speakers聽
- HDMI/USB connections, Clickshare聽
- Wi-Fi
- Up to 24 tables with USB and power outlets, but can comfortably fit 9 tables
- Up to 88 chairs, but can comfortably fit 36聽
Combining the rooms
If one wishes to combine both meeting rooms into one, combining Fjord and Foss, the space is suitable for groups up to 40 people that require desk space for each participant or in a theater set up, possibly more for shorter meetings - this number is set to ensure good air quality and we are working to expand it. The meeting room has access to the following:

If you want catering for the meeting/event, we can recommend:
